The original shipment had one damaged product due to improper packaging. A replacement product was sent. It was in a better protected package and it arrived in tact. Although I have not used it yet, it looks like it will meet my requirements. Based upon how this situation was handled, I will consider doing future business with your company. I will also recommend your firm to others. Your customer service was Top Notch.....
